This pesto pasta recipe is made by my father (Kaz) and I’ve grown up on it! Being a picky eater most of my life it was shocking to people that I could handle eating this. But here I am and my brother and I love pesto pasta. It is honestly still one of my favorite dinner dishes. It's so savory and delicious. Although now I need to eat it with some grilled chicken on the side just to give it some extra flare. I prefer to use spaghetti noodles when I make it but most of my family members love to use penne pasta or butterfly noodles. Truly though it doesn’t matter as long as you have that tasty pesto sauce with it. Today you’ll just be getting the simple pesto sauce recipe along with the instructions on how to put it together. I hope you enjoy this dish just as much as my family and friends do!!


First get together your ingredients! You'll need basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, olive oil, and pine nuts.

Next add all those ingredients together into a deep cup and blend them together with an immersion blender until you get a smooth sauce.

This is what you should get once you are done blending your Pesto sauce ingredients. Delicious!

Start boiling your noodles! It doesn't matter what kind of noodle you want, it'll taste great either way!

Once the noodles are done, strain them, put them into a bowl, add the Pesto sauce, and put anything else you'd like on them. Now you have a super tasty pasta to eat!
