Wait! I have a delicacy that will absolutely change your life. Whether you’re sad, short, ugly, or a high school bully, this crepe recipe will change you for the better.

I first tried these crepes when I was 8 years old; my first taste of luxury. My mom used to cook breakfast for us every morning before school, and we would chow down these crepes with Nutella (chocolate spread), butter, sugar, and sometimes even fruit.

My mom was the best cook. The best thing about these crepes is that they are unique to you; you can add anything you want. It can be a breakfast meal with fruit, sugar and a drizzle of honey. But there's more to them than that… They can be a full blown dinner! Just swap out the sweet toppings for some ham, cheese, spinach and even chicken!

Now where does this magical breakfast-lunch-dinner delicacy even come from?! Funny enough it's from France! Who would have thought? France makes crepes as part of its culture; just like eating baguettes, croissants and sipping wine while watching the Eiffel tower.

1) Combine ingredients in a blender or by hand: Mix until it looks like a smooth crepe batter (15-20 seconds). You could also whisk in a bowl. Refrigerate batter for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.

2) Cook on a small skillet: Spray 8-inch non-stick pan with cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup crepe batter into the pan and cook over medium-low heat. Turn the pan immediately from side to side to form an even thin layer in a perfect circle. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, flip and cook 1-2 minutes, or until delicate crepes are lightly browned.

3) Stack. Stack on a plate until ready to serve. You can also place it in the oven at 175°F on a baking sheet to keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with favorite toppings: The topping choices are endless.
