So say you ate your breakfast of champions and you're hungry again but it's not quite lunch time. What do you have? BRUNCH!! So you're making your brunch of baboons and you decide to go with a smoothie and you imagine a vibrant, plump, glistening rose red strawberry, its sweetness bursting into your mouth, filling it with flavor. Strawberries provide a nice fiber and are packed with antioxidants and some vitamin C. It pairs perfectly with a ripe banana, its creamy texture giving a rich, velvety smoothness to come out. Bananas are high in fiber and super rich in potassium. They are also filling and satisfyingly delicious to eat between meals and with other meals making them a good snack. Now, picture these two fruits blended into one, their individual flavor profiles merging into a harmonious symphony of flavor. This is the base of our supernatural smoothie. But that's not all. To evolve the flavor of this simple delight we introduce the luxurious creaminess of coconut milk. Coconut milk has some health benefits too. It contains electrolytes such as potassium, it's rich in calcium and magnesium, it could help lower cholesterol, reduce inflammation, and support your digestion. And then we add in the thick and tartness of strawberry Greek yogurt, which adds more of a protein element and it has probiotics. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that support gut health. Once you take a sip of this crazy beverage it will feel as if you had super powers with all the health benefits that it gives you. You will also be forced to make it again with how amazing it tastes.
