The Beatles were a very impactful group, there's no doubt about it. The band has inspired many artists, including Nirvana, one of the most popular grunge bands in history, with their cover of ‘And I Love Her’ by The Beatles. Not to mention Metallica, a pioneering force in thrash metal, with their cover of ‘In My Life’ by The Beatles, and the various famous artists who’ve covered The Beatles music.
According to Spotify, The Beatles are #147 in the world, with 33,377,394 monthly listeners. They’ve drastically pushed the boundaries of rock & roll, creating something unique and unheard of from their years in activity. Some consider The Beatles to be the most influential band in the world.
The Beatles were established in 1960, originally going by The Quarry Men. The members were John Lennon (vocalist and guitarist), Paul McCartney (vocalist and bassist), George Harrison (guitarist), and Ringo Starr (percussionist). They recorded together for around seven years before they started to disband. The Beatles were finally inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1980. Expanding the reputation for the rock genre, The Beatles, who were once a garage band of teenagers, are now in the Hall of Fame, and still as popular as ever 60 years later.

IMDb stated in The 100 Greatest Pop/Rock Bands that The Beatles were ranked number 1. Jimi Hendrix, an electric guitar pioneer, genre-blender, and guitar effects innovator, had a very strong admiration for The Beatles and their revolutionary musical impacts. Billy Joel, known as the Piano Man, and is also quite notorious for his romantic melodies, would have never started his groundbreaking career if he’d never seen The Beatles live on the Ed Sullivan Show. Billy Joel also called the famous singer Taylor Swift “the Beatles of her generation”, and since then she has become the #1 artist in the world, won many awards, and has traveled the world on several tours.
