Faye Webster is known for her alternative music. She has 3 albums and a couple of singles. She has gone viral on TikTok with her popular songs such as Kingston, Right side of my neck and many more.
She hasn’t released an album since 2021`, and some have mixed emotions from recent singles like Lego Ring and Feeling good today. She is going to drop a new album called Underdressed at the Symphony. Many fans are on the edge of their seats out of excitement to get to listen to it.
While at the beginning when Lego Ring was released people did not like it because it was something different and more unique then what she usually releases; most of her songs are sadder and hold emotion while Lego Ring was a project that was made for fun and not have to write about something specifically.
She states in an interview with @hanumanwelch “I feel like I said a lot, like I was just like writing a lot of feelings and emotions into songs and I felt like I just like wanted to sit down and just write a song about nothing specific just whatever came to my mind and it wasn't so serious and I ended up writing this song”
People also felt the same way about Feeling Good Today because of how different it is to what her music is. Now recently people have warmed up to the songs.

What was your reaction when you heard that Faye Webster was dropping a new album?
One Faye Webster Fan says “I was soooo excited. I love her music and her recent songs did not disappoint leading up to the release.
A second Faye Webster fan says “For starters her past albums put up big competition and also big expectations for any new release. I do think that underdressed at the symphony is also put up to those high expectations"
Did you think she was going to make more songs that are more irregular to what she usually makes? The first fan says “I assumed so, after Feeling Good Today and Lil Yachty's collab in Lego Ring. It's definitely not my favorite but I don't hate it.”
The second fan states “ABSOLUTELY! Not only is it a perfect mix of something similar to her past music but also being something new. “
What do you feel about her new album? “It has some good songs like Ttttime but a lot of the songs won't be added to my playlist.” says the first interviewed fan.
While the second fan has more on their mind, “ She uses different techniques and is also collaborating and rumored to be collaborating with artists whose music are quite different than hers which I think helps represent how she is kind of branching out of this box that a lot of her fans are trying to push her back into but in the end she doesn't really care because she's having fun!”
While both share different views it's ultimately a good album.
